PURCHASE OPTIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY

Certain Kollavarsham Project products may occasionally be offered through a purchase option such as a pre-order.

Pre-orders

A pre-order allows a customer to reserve a product before it is ready for normal dispatch.

The estimated production, availability or dispatch timeline will be displayed on the applicable product page at the time the order is placed.

Where a specific dispatch date or period is stated on the product page, that timeline applies instead of our standard dispatch timeline.

Payment

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, payment for a pre-order is collected when the order is placed.

The price and applicable shipping charges displayed and accepted at checkout apply to that order.

Customer Cancellation

Once a pre-order or other purchase-option order has been placed and payment has been completed, customer-requested cancellation is not accepted.

Customers should therefore review the product details, quantity, delivery information and estimated fulfilment timeline before completing their purchase.

Production or Fulfilment Changes

Production and dispatch dates provided for pre-order products are estimates.

If a material change occurs that significantly affects our ability to fulfil an order, Kollavarsham Project may contact the customer with updated information and, where appropriate or required by applicable law, provide available options.

If Kollavarsham Project is unable to fulfil a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

The no-cancellation provision does not affect remedies available where a product is damaged, defective, incorrectly supplied, or where applicable law provides otherwise.

Such issues should be reported within 48 hours of delivery in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
