This website and online store are operated by Kollavarsham Project, operated by JNBY Media House Pvt. Ltd. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Kollavarsham Project and JNBY Media House Pvt. Ltd.

By visiting our website, purchasing a product, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced within them.

1. Our Store

Kollavarsham Project creates and offers calendars, diaries, photographic works, collectables, stationery, jewellery, apparel and other objects connected to the Kollavarsham Project.

Some products are produced in limited quantities, individually made, made to order, customised or offered for pre-order.

Availability is therefore subject to stock and production capacity.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, dimensions, materials, photographs and other information accurately.

Because many Kollavarsham products involve photography, fine-art printing, paper, fabric, wood, brass and other natural or handmade materials, minor variations may occur between individual pieces.

Colours may also appear differently depending on your screen or device.

Such natural or production variations do not necessarily constitute defects.

3. Limited & Collectable Editions

Products described as limited editions, numbered editions, collectables or editioned works are produced according to the edition information stated on the relevant product page.

Availability may change as pieces are sold or allocated.

Edition numbers, where applicable, may be assigned according to our production or fulfilment process unless a specific number has been expressly agreed upon.

4. Customised & Made-to-Order Products

Certain products may be personalised, customised or made specifically for an individual customer.

This may include customised collector calendars, Malayalam numeral pieces and other products identified as made to order.

Customers are responsible for checking any information supplied for customisation before confirming an order.

Made-to-order and customised products cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind. This does not affect remedies available for damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied products or other rights that apply under applicable law.

5. Pre-orders

Certain products may be offered before production is complete.

Estimated production, dispatch or availability dates for pre-order products will be stated on the relevant product page or communicated at the time of purchase.

These dates are estimates and may change where production or circumstances outside our reasonable control cause delays.

If a specific pre-order timeline is stated on a product page, that timeline takes precedence over our standard dispatch period.

6. Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed, subject to product availability and our right to correct genuine pricing, inventory or technical errors.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of suspected fraud, payment failure, genuine pricing or inventory errors, legal requirements, or inability to fulfil the order.

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, the applicable amount will be refunded.

7. Customer Cancellations

Please review your product, quantity, customisation information, shipping address and other details carefully before completing payment.

Customer-requested cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed.

Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for circumstances involving damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied products.

8. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Applicable shipping charges and other charges, where relevant, will be shown during checkout.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. A price change will not ordinarily affect an order that has already been accepted and paid for.

Payments are processed through the payment methods made available through our Shopify store and associated payment providers.

9. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within India only.

In-stock products are normally processed and dispatched within 48 hours. Delivery is generally expected within approximately 7–10 days, subject to destination, courier operations and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Pre-order products may follow a different timeline stated on their product page.

10. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

We do not accept returns or exchanges solely because of change of mind.

Damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied products should be reported within 48 hours of delivery, together with the information and evidence described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Where an eligible claim is accepted, we will normally attempt to provide a replacement first. Where an appropriate replacement cannot be provided, or where a refund is otherwise appropriate after review, a refund may be issued.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the photographs, artworks, designs, illustrations, written material, product designs, visual identity, logos, graphics, films, documentation and other original material presented through the Kollavarsham Project are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing a physical product or artwork does not transfer copyright or other intellectual-property rights in the underlying photograph, artwork, design or other creative work.

Products, photographs, artworks and website materials may not be reproduced, copied, commercially exploited, distributed or used to create derivative commercial products without appropriate permission from the relevant rights holder.

12. Website Use

You may use this website for lawful personal shopping and informational purposes.

You must not knowingly interfere with the operation or security of the website, attempt unauthorised access, misuse the checkout system, introduce malicious code, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

13. Third-Party Services

Our store is powered by Shopify and may use third-party services for payment processing, shipping, analytics, communication and other functions necessary to operate the store.

Your use of certain third-party services may also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of those providers.

14. Errors & Availability

Occasionally, information on the website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, availability, shipping or other information.

Where a genuine error occurs, we may correct it and, where necessary, contact affected customers.

We will not substitute a materially different product without the customer's agreement.

15. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kollavarsham Project and JNBY Media House Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products where such liability may lawfully be limited.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
